We take all reasonable steps so that our Site is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues. Therefore, we will not be liable if this Site is unavailable at any time. 

Our Site may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible, we will try to give our users advance warning of maintenance issues, but shall not be obliged to do so.

RETURN POLICY

All our goods have a 14-day return policy. After the 14-day reclamation period we are not liable for any refunds. After the 14-day reclamation period we are not liable for any refunds or exchanges. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, contact our customer service immediately.

Customers need to cover the return shipping costs by themselves. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean and unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must also be returned in their original packaging.

After the return is approved a refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds processing may take some time but no later than 30 days after we have received your return. Refunds are processed automatically through payment services according to chosen payment method for order.
